    Budget Policy - Sept 2023
    This policy is intended to document the organization’s practice for managing the annual budget and related expenses. It will address the items that are budgeted vs those that are not budgeted annually. It is the intent of the policy to ensure that the organization’s funds are managed in a transparent and methodical fashion for the overall benefit of the corporation. This policy is intended to help ensure that the finances of the organisation are managed in accordance with the requirements of the Ontario Not-For-Profit Corporations Act.

    Expense Policy - Sept 2023
    Expense reports must use the approved form. Original receipts, and confirmation of payment (ie credit card receipt, signed invoice) must be attached to the expense report to be eligible for reimbursement. All expenses require approval from the President or Treasurer before incurring the expense. The package may be submitted to the Treasurer in hard copy form, or emailed as one complete PDF.
